Winterlude Keyhole Scarflet: Light & Warm
This gorgeous cosy scarflet came about because of a challenge!
A fellow blogger friend of mine sent me a lovely 100gm skein of cashmerino which she had dyed herself.
She said we both had 1 week to design something each from identical skeins of this yarn.
3 months later we finished! I designed this scarflet. I also have designed a version in a super chunky yarn. The pattern for that is also here in my Ravelry shop and is called Winterlude Keyhole Scarf: Thick & Cosy.
This version uses a hand dyed Debbie Bliss Cashmerino.
Both scarflet patterns are available on my blog redhairedamazona.blogspot.com.au as FREE tutorials.
But as some of my readers also like a PDF to print and take with them, I have made PDFs available for the super low price of US$1. But remember, if you don’t want to pay, visit my blog. All the instructions and photos are the same for both this $1 pdf and in the free tutorial.
Except if you pay the US$1, you’ll get FOR ABSOLUTELY FREE: Super Warm Fuzzy Feelings from helping a single mum down in KangarooLand!!! (that’s me). That’s right!
SUPER WARM FUZZY FEELINGS absolutely free! Why?
Because I will tell you right now as soon as I get a little ping on my phone that says some lovely person somewhere in the world sent me a dollar for one of my very own patterns, I give a little squeal of delight and do a happy dance. I then yell to my kids, “Mummy sold another pattern!” to which they indifferently shrug and roll their eyes. BUT I“M DOING A HAPPY DANCE!!! BECAUSE OF YOU!!
You will need 100gm of a cashmerino DK, an 4.5mm crochet hook, 2 faux fur pompoms (or normal yarn ones you can make yourself), darning needle and scissors.
