Tired of trying to keep scarves and shawls in place on blustery days? This gently flared cowl offers an elegant and feminine alternative.

Worked from the bottom up with the decreases seamlessly incorporated into the lace pattern, this is a stylish neck-warmer with wonderful drape.

Wisteria is the perfect project to showcase that single, very special skein we all have tucked away in our stash.

Both written and charted directions are provided.
