The gorgeously soft cowl neck is knitted in brioche stitches, which gives it a fabulously soft and stretchy texture - and if you haven’t tried brioche before, working with chunky yarn is a great way to learn. Knitted top down, the Wonderfully Woolly Sweater begins at the neckline, creating raglan shaping, divides for sleeves which are knitted downwards, and the brioche cowl neck is added last of all.
