Woodland Wreath, Fat Flowers
This is the eleventh in a series of twelve linked patterns for a knitted wreath, to be published daily in December 2013.
Fat Flowers may not be a pretty name but it describes these little puffy flowers rather well. They are knitted in one piece and only need a little sewing up to transform them into flowers. The pattern is for two sizes of flower, 5 cm and 4 cm and the centres can be embroidered or finished with a little button.
As well as adding colour to the Woodland Wreath, the fat flowers could be used to decorate lots of other things. A bonus pattern for leaves to back the flowers is included, should you want to make a brooch.
All my ravelry patterns are free to download but, if you enjoy them,
please consider making a donation to the British Liver Trust where
the money will go to fund research and support the families of
children with a liver disease. You can do this easily by going to my
fundraising page here
