These simple basic mitts are elevated to the next level with a variation of weaving. The entire mitt is knitted with the MC. A double strand of CC is woven between the stitches as you are knitting. The contrast color is not knitted, it moves back and forth between the stitches. It is important to keep CC yarn floats loose while working, adjusting tension after each round if needed.
A step by step tutorial is included in the pattern for working the woven stitch.
