Stitches Used:
ch/chs = chain/chains
sl st = slip stitch
sc = single crochet
hdc = half double crochet
dc = double crochet
sc2tog = single crochet 2 together
hdc2tog = half double crochet 2 together
BPsc = back post single crochet
BPhdc = back post half double crochet
BPdc = back post double crochet

Additional Terms:
Back bar of sc: look at the back of the stitch and locate the short bar that runs horizontal. Work all designated stitches for the round into this bar. This is a different location than the back loop!
Working in the 3rd Loop of hdc: Look at the top of the stitch, and locate the sideways “V”, bend the stitch to look at the back and you should see another “V” made by the “yarn over”. You’ll be working into the back loop of that “V”. This is called the 3rd loop.
Bead Stitch: dc in designated stitch, insert hook around post of dc stitch just worked, YO, pull up a loop 3 times around same st, YO and pull through all remaining loops. This stitch consists of both a dc and a puff stitch. The stitch totals at the end of the round reflect these 2 pieces separately to make counting easier.
Picot Single Crochet (psc) (also known as the Granule Stitch): Insert hook, yo, pull up a loop, yo, draw through 1 loop 3 times to make a ch 3, then yo, and draw through both loops on the hook. Pull your ch-3 sp towards the front of your work instead of pushing it toward the back.
BLO = back loop only
st/sts = stitch/stitches
sp/sps = space/spaces
prev = previous
