Looking for a pattern to show off that gradient or colorful skein of yarn? This pattern takes advantage of a very long color changing yarn.

This is an easy pattern for a beginning knitter. Pattern sample shown used entire skein of yarn starting with making two pom-poms using opposite ends of the skein of yarn. This helps the pom-poms show off the color shifts.

The sample shown is approximately 128 inches in length and is wrapped multiple times around the neck. Instructions are included to alter the scarf length and width to enable you to use a skein with less yardage.

It would also be easy to adapt the pattern to a different weight of yarn which would produce a wider and shorter scarf.
