This pattern is published as a free CAL (Crochet Along) in my blog http://chabepatterns.com/wuf-wuf-barry-free-cal-part-1/. Each part of the free CAL includes a portion of the pattern, with written instructions and there will also be 2 videos available for important steps of this amigurumi.
This listing is for the anticipated, finished version of the pattern, which is a formatted 11 page PDF document (with photo tutorials). This will allow you to complete the design, without waiting for the other parts of the free CAL to be revealed. Just note that instructions will be released as the free CAL moves along.
Wuf-Wuf Barry includes both Tapestry (for the head) and Intarsia Crochet (for the bone drawing in the vest), a great chance to practice these techniques if you have never tried them. Work the body parts easily, with simple crochet stitches and learn while having fun with color work. Two different ways to discover the amazing possibilities of drawing with your hook. This PDF document comes with round by round written instructions, also includes a chart for the front of the top to draw the bone and photo tutorials for important steps in the process.

SKILL LEVEL
Intermediate: This design includes crochet basic stitches, an easy level Intarsia Crochet pattern, easy shaping and finishing techniques.
STITCHES AND TECHNIQUES
• Single Crochet
• Slip Stitch
• Half Double Crochet
• Intarsia Crochet: Color work technique where yarns are switched to form a drawing. Each area of color is worked with separate threads, without carrying additional colors in between the stitches or leaving floats on the back side, creating a double-sided project. Yarn bobbins are used to work each section.
• Tapestry crochet: In this technique you crochet with one yarn while one or more threads are carried and wrapped in between the stitches. Colors are switched throughout rounds to make a drawing. Depending on the project, you will make one or more foundation rows/rounds with one color only and then move on to the tapestry crochet portion of the project.
