Super easy to knit, and using simple duplicate stitch for the x’s and o’s—or whatever lettering your heart desires—this pillow cover will be making your favorite corners all the cozier!

We chose to knit the XOXO Pillow Cover in Brown Sheep Lamb’s Pride. A sleeper favorite, we love the hardy durability and cushy comfort of this worsted-weight, single-spun yarn. The sturdy squish is perfect for an accent pillow! And the Lamb’s Pride color palette is full of rich classics, heathers, and fun accents.

SIZE
Approx. 15”/38cm wide x 8”/20cm long, after seaming, to fit a 16 x 9”/40 x 23cm pillow form.

YARN
1 skein Brown Sheep Lamb’s Pride (190 yds/174m), or approx. 170 yds/155m of an equivalent worsted-weight yarn.
Approx. 20 yds/18m of tapestry wool or a worsted-weight yarn in a contrasting color for duplicate stitch.
Shown in M10 Creme with M180 Ruby Red duplicate stitching.

NEEDLES & NOTIONS
US 8 (5mm) needles, or size to obtain gauge.
16 x 9”/40 x 23cm pillow form.
Pins for marking fold line. Darning needle to finish.

GAUGE
Approx. 18 sts = 4”/10cm in stockinette stitch.
