Yasmine Shawl
This “sampler” shawl was born from my desire to test the limits of Tunisian lace. Not designed to be easy, this shawl includes short-row shaping, multiple lace patterns, and increases within the lace stitches. Push your limits with this challenging and gratifying shawl.
Yarn
Fingering Weight (#0 Lace).
Shown here: Anzula Breeze (65% silk, 35% linen; 750 yd 686 m/ 4 oz 113 g): Prudence, 1 hank.
Hook
Size I-9 (5.5 mm) Tunisian hook with 18” (45.5 cm) cable and J-10 (6 mm) hook. Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions
Locking stitch markers; tapestry needle for assembly and weaving in the ends.
