Year of Plenty
The stitch pattern used for these socks is easy to memorize and reminiscent of grain or wheat, but is not a standard wheat ear rib. Although they are shown here as ankle socks, the socks are knit from the toe up so could be made as long as you want. The stitch pattern is given in both written and chart form, but toe shaping is in chart form only.
