Using TOFT’s luxury British wool, Zara the Lorikeet is a quick and rewarding make. Only the finest fleeces are selected for this British wool blend, which makes using it a real pleasure.
Yarn: 25g of TOFT pure wool DK in a main colour of your choice (shown here in Blue), 25g of contrast colour (shown here in Yellow), 25g of contrast colour two (shown here in Orange), 25g of contrast colour three (shown here in Lime), and 25g of contrast colour (shown here in Silver).
Hook: 3mm Crochet Hook
Notions: A handful of toy stuffing, tapestry needle, black wool for the eyes, and some scrap yarn to use as a stitch marker.
Gauge: 6 sts x 7 rows in 3cm x 3cm
Finished measurements: 28cm when in the sitting position
Techniques used: British double crochet stitch
