Zeist is your quintessential year-round companion and a versatile addition to your wardrobe, perfect for layering as we embrace the colder months. Depending on your yarn choice, it can be knit into a light, airy garment for a gentle touch of warmth or a denser, cozier sweater for those chillier days.
Knit with Atenea by Katia Yarns, it has a unique blend of virgin wool for warmth, Mako cotton for breathability, and a touch of cashmere for that sumptuous softness. It’s light enough to float on a breeze yet warm enough to ward off the chill.
With its classic crew neck and textured columns of twisted stitches, this sweater is set to become a new favorite in your wardrobe!

Start in the round with Hem in 1x1 half-twisted rib and proceed to Main Body in stockinette with twisted stitch detail “flowing” from the Hem, Split for Front and Back and continue working flat, while shaping the armholes. Finish Front and Back with neck shaping while at the same shaping shoulder slopes with German short rows.
Join Front and Back at the shoulders with 3-Needle BO and work folded Neckband in 1x1 half-twisted rib. Finally pick up sts around the armholes and work seamless set-in Sleeves from the top down in stockinette with twisted stitch detail – first the Sleeve Cap flat with German short rows, then the rest in the round, finishing with a Cuff in 1x1 half-twisted rib.
