Zelda Scarf
This one-color brioche stitch scarf is knitted in aran weight yarn featuring a large bold leaf design. I have chosen a custom dyed yarn hand-dyed in the “Legend of Zelda” colourway by a shop on etsy called “GamerCrafting” however you could successfully use Malabrigo Rios or Noro Kureyon (aran) instead.
The leaves are separated by brioche knit columns, all of which come into their own when blocked. One color brioche knitting is completely reversible and the scarf has a selvedge edge giving it an attractively finished edge.
The pattern includes a link to a youtube tutorial which covers all techniques used in this pattern. I have made one tutorial using the English yarn hold and one using the Continental (left hand) yarn hold respectively.
Yarn: 200g Aran weight yarn.
Hand dyed 200g (7 oz) aran weight yarn from GamerCrafting (etsy shop) in the colourway “Legend of Zelda”
