Zephyr means a very light, gentle breeze, and can be used to describe lightweight fabrics and wool yarns.

Although an acrylic and cotton yarn was selected to make this tote, it perfectly captures “zephyr” in two ways: it’s a windmill tote and the fabric is almost light enough to blow in the wind when empty.

The name was offered by the Creations by Courtney community because naming patterns is harder than coming up with the ideas and stitching some times.

If yourself, relative, friend or colleague loves purses, this tunisian crochet windmill tote pattern is the perfect next project, especially as you get ready for the holiday making season.

Zephyr Tunisian Crochet Tote brings a striking windmill design to your hook using two bamboo stitch variations in Tunisian / afghan crochet. Bulky weight yarn keeps this structured tote moving quickly, and the seamed construction gives it winding shape.
