The Ziggy Shawl is a tribute to the late David Bowie and his flamboyant lifestyle and acceptance of gender, sexuality and different ways of life. And it’s a tribute to his love for colours, especially during the Ziggy Stardust days.

The shawl is a mix of stockinette, lace and garter stitches. A fairly easy knit.

I have used Tosh Merino Light for the project, 3 different colourways - one of each.

Meassurements:
Length (sideways): 190 cm
Height (middle back): 94 cm

Yarns/materials:
75 g Glazed Pecan
90 g Candlewick
100 g Scout

3,75 mm needle and dpn needles (US 5)

Alternative colours:
75 g Moonstone
90 g Opaline
100 g Rose

I have not stated a gauge for this knit as it’s not particularly relevant for this project.
