The Zwan Wrap is simple, yet classic. Two zigzag stitch patterns alternate from one end of the wrap to the other on this long, rectangular shaped wrap. I used an DK weight Alpaca yarn that came from the farm of a friend. I had been saving the yarn for just the right pattern, and I am so happy that I chose to use it for this project. It is a great pairing of luscious yarn and a simple, yet not monotonous pattern.

I was inspired by a small Pizzeria & Brewery in Columbus, Indiana. Zwanzig makes many good beers, but my favorite is actually a combination of 2 beers, that is called a Blueberry Muffin. It is a combination of Beauregard’s Blueberry and Polished Hippie Porter. There are 2 parts to the Blueberry Muffin, and there are 2 parts to the Zwan Wrap, and sometimes….two is better than one!

The pattern was tech edited by Amy Johnson, photographed by Mary Feeney and test knitted by a wonderful group of generous knitters. Thank you to all of you for your help.
