This great book is a tribute to Annabelle Dawson, a skilled teacher, intuitive designer and a bubbly founding member of the Toronto Downtown Knit Collective and the Canadian Knitwear Designer Association. She was known to many as the Queen of Entrelac. Annabelle always gave generously her time and knowledge.

Many of her Designing friends have graciously offered their unique hat patterns to celebrate Annabelle’s inspiration and enthusiastic support of those around her. This book is dedicated to our good friend and knitting buddy, Annabelle, and also to all the many others living with cancer and their supporters, wherever they may be.
