“In The City” Ebook combines the City Girl Cowl and the Northern City Girl Cowl into one great collection. “City Girl Cowl” is knit flat with a horizontal cast on and beaded tendrils featuring the slip 1, tendril 1, pass slipped stitch over method. Style it open on the shoulders or slouchy around your neck. Lying flat or upright, the beaded tendrils will cascade brilliantly. The custom beaded button is created with left over yarn and beads.
“Northern City Girl Cowl” is knit in the round with beaded tendrils featuring the slip 1, tendril 1, knit 2 together through the back loop method. Perfect for Northern climes where nips and chills are villainous, this cowl has an optional tightening feature to pull it close around the neck providing protection with high style.
Knit one for yourself and the other for a friend. The tendrils are addictive and fun! These popular designs make a perfect chic Christmas present.
Both tech edited advanced beginner patterns include written directions, charted directions, a glossary, pictures, and beaded button diagram. If you’re new to tendrils, beads, or buttons, Eco Chic Knits has you covered.
