This is a quick and fun project that is sure to turn some heads. A basic mitten is transformed into a plucky beaver by adding ears, eyes, tail and of course large buck teeth!

Inspired by the sultry vixens of the 1940’s, this sweater seems demure and sophisticated in the front but the back is sure to knock your fella for a loop. The body is knit in one piece and has an open back design. The sleeves have a fitted forearm and puffed upper arm. Any gal wearing this number will be quite a dish!

You need about 70 yds of both colors. I created this chart to make a double knit scarf, which is where I got my gauge measurements. If done in normal stockinette and intarsia, your gauge will be smaller.
