Arco-íris is a top-down cowl worked in a basic yet really fun pattern, combining the simplicity of Garter Stitch in the round with German Short Rows for a better fit. The top is narrower than the bottom, and the front is taller than the back. For this pattern, I chose cast-on and bind-off techniques that, in my opinion, suit this stitch pattern...
