Knitting: Mittens
The Biches & Bûches Matilda Mittens were designed at the Atelier by Astrid, with two colors of Le Petit Lambswool, and are part of our Special December Knitting Kit and December KAL
Knitting: Pullover
Astrid wanted to design a design filled with warmth, inspired by Scandinavian roots and Norwegian patterns, a shape lightly loose with an elegant and feminine touch.
Knitting: Vest
Sensommer Vest is a vest that can be worn fitted or oversized. It is worked from the bottom up, starting with a split hem and then worked in the round to the armholes. The upper part is worked flat to shape the armholes. The shoulders are shaped using short rows and we have assembled the shoulders with a 3-needle bind off.
Knitting: Scarf
Olivia Scarf has a triangular and asymmetrical shape. It is worked in stockinette stitch with a small lace pattern.
Knitting: Scarf
The Alba scarf has a triangular, rounded and asymmetrical shape. It is worked in garter stitch with a small lace pattern.
Knitting: Pullover
The Stockholm Sweater is worked top-down, in the round with an all-over cable motif and raglan sleeves. It has a high ribbing at the neck, the lower body border, and the sleeves. The sleeves are also worked top-down and in the round.
Knitting: Pullover
The oversized and cropped sweater is worked top-down and in the round in stockinette stitch with raglan increases. The shape is boxy.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
The wrap is worked flat in stocking stitch with two different lace patterns and a two-colored half-twisted ribbing. We have worked with two strands of Le Petit Lambswool held together throughout and the ribbing is worked with the two colors held single.
Knitting: Scarf
This pattern can be found on Astrid Troland / Biches & Bûches Ravelry page and website www.bichesetbuches.com and in issue 2 of Laine Magazine.
Knitting: Cowl
The cowl is worked in the round, in stocking stitch with a fair-isle pattern (stranded knitting). The borders are worked in twisted rib.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
The shawl measures approx. 90x236cm / 35.4” x 93” and has a triangular form. It is worked back and forth in stripes with an easy stitch pattern and the border is worked in the round, using the fair isle technique, but can be worked back and forth as an option.
