Chaord, coined by Dee Hock in his book, Birth of the Chaordic Age, is a combination of the words chaos and order. Chaos nurtures and supports the creative budding of ideas. Order helps those ideas to flower and become fruit. Too much order stifles creativity; too much chaos prevents getting anything finished.

Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
The Entwined Lace Mitts are a pair of twisted stitch lace wrist warmers. This pattern includes several pages of background on twisted stitch lace, beading, cast ons and bind offs appropriate for the lace, chart symbols, abbreviations, and terms used in the Entwined Lace pattern series.
Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
The Swoopsie Mitts are a pair of twisted stitch lace wrist warmers that coordinate with Swoopsie. Like the shawl, they can be beaded or not, and are part of my Entwined Lace series.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
U-Turn a generously sized, slightly crescent, triangular lace shawl that is reversible, though the two sides are fraternal twins rather than identical. Even though it uses Judy’s Magic cast on and a modified version of Magic Loop, it is worked flat, not in the round.
Knitting: Scarf, Shawl / Wrap
Fence Rail Lizard is a moebius wrap or scarf knit in the round. It works with any gauge yarn and includes directions to make any desired size. While the wrap is a more feminine accessory, the scarf is unisex. Knit in a lighter weight yarn, even the wrap can be worn as a scarf.
