I enjoyed making and wearing these cozy little socks. The nice thing about them is they are so easy to make and you can add your own flare to them. You can change the motif, or do them in stripes. Or make them longer with more yarn. I almost put a bobble on the backs of them - could be cute!

This one is done on 12mm circular needles from the bottom-up and then place on straight needles to do from the armholes- up plus the sleeves. The Front edges are finished with a single crochet, but directions are also given for strictly knitting.

I wanted this to be a retro feeling sweater and what better icon to ponder as a muse then the fashionable Jackie Onassis. I had struggled with the type of collar to put on this design. Once I thought of Jackie, it came in an instant.

While Needful is discontinued (4mm needles), I’ve seen translate in sub yarns and even in thicker yarns, but you’ll need some math.

I made this short for the belly flaunters out there. But if you prefer it longer, buy an extra 2 balls and work a few rows to desired length, before the armhole shaping. There are dropped stitches throughout the reverse stocking stitch, along with a dropped stitch cuff. Note the cut, rolled collar.

Wool or cotton! I’d love to see someone do this quirky knit in a quirky variegated wool! Or a subtle, but sublime soft grey. It;s one of my first designs and my most popular kit back in the day and still holds a special place with me. Enjoy the challenging, but very interesting project!
