The adult-size Waiting for Winter Mittens and Fingerless Mitts pattern has become the most popular pattern in my Ravelry Pattern Shop. I’ve recently updated the original pattern with two larger sizes that will fit the extra-large hands in your life. Now it’s time to tend to those tiny (and squishy) hands in your life.

The 1-2-3 Chickadee! Shawl was inspired by my collection of many skeins of the lovely Quince & Co. Chickadee yarn, some in the same color and many in different colors. Finished measurement: 20-inch circumference. Sized to fit a 20-23 inch head circumference.

The Squirrel and Acorns toy is worked from the bottom up seamlessly with the exception of attaching the head to the body. The rest of the parts of the toy, including limbs, ears and pocket, are picked up and knit on.

The little Hedgie has a unique and new seamless construction that starts at the bottom of the white tummy section. The tummy and face are knit flat and then the brown body is picked up and worked from there.

The Woodland Fox is worked seamlessly from the bottom-up with the exception of stitching the head to the body. Everything else, including the ears, limbs and tail, is picked up and knit on.

Flower in an Hour is a super quick, fun and relatively simple baby hat with a very easy lace pattern for just a few rounds, and an adorable flower for added cuteness. This is the perfect project for super fast baby gift knitting and it will make you the hit of any baby shower!

Fox in a Vest is knit from the top-down completely in one piece other than whipstitching the picked up front and back two colors ears together and about an inch on the top of the foot.

Pattern note: For the rib section in the split back hat version I used a US size 5 sixteen-inch circular needle for that section, then I switched to the US size 6. In the materials for the split back version I didn’t list a US size 5 sixteen-inch needle. I will update the pattern to include this needle as soon as I get a chance.

This is one of my most favorite hat designs! It is very simple but the color work adds interest and makes it fun.

Reversible, squishy, fast and fun! This cowl is a spectacular play on stitches that is mainly a simple rib with an I-cord and cable twist thrown in every few rounds.

The Ruche Panel Tuque kit is debuting along with the alpaca yarn company called Our Back 40 at Vogue Knitting Live in New York City in January 2013.

This is the second part of my Summer Camp Cloth series. The pattern includes 4 different washcloth/dishcloth patterns. The names of the cloths are all places in beautiful Northern Wisconsin and were inspired by a family trip last summer.
