This yarn is spun of 100% rya lambswool, which makes it a hard wearing yarn and still soft!

The colour is naturally deep black. The fibre are very thin and soft. Rya wool has both under wool and guard hairs, and the fleeces picked for this yarn are the softest lamb’s fleeces with minimal under wool. So, most of the fibre are nearly 20 cm long.

It has been spun at Karlsbergsgården into a 2-ply yarn with an enhanced twist to improve wear.
