Contrepoint N.1 is our original stretch ribbon yarn, developed specifically for knitting and crochet. It is a flat elastic ribbon that offers a unique combination of support, comfort and freedom of movement for garments designed to fit close to the body.

The ribbon stretches up to twice its relaxed length while providing excellent shape recovery, allowing knitted fabrics to move naturally with the wearer and retain their shape over time.

Contrepoint N.1 has a soft peachskin touch, dries quickly and is UV resistant, chlorine resistant and sea water friendly, making it particularly suitable for swimwear, activewear and everyday garments.

Available in 120 m (100 g) and 150 m (130 g) spools.

Recommended needle sizes range from 4 mm to 6 mm depending on the desired level of support and fabric density.
