A single top-dyed ply of 75% soft, Australian wool (a 50/50 mix of 24 & 26.8 micron), superwash treated for easy care, blended with 25% nylon for strength.

Originally known as elann A-Series S04 Superwash Wool with Nylon., re-introduced as Pippi Longcolors and nylon in blend reduced from 30% to 25%.

Re-named Impromptu Lite in 2019, all aspects of yarn remain the same.

Prior to January 2017, yardage was 381 yds per 100g and nylon content was 30% - now 400m (436 yds) per 100g and 25% nylon.
