This single ply merino yarn has a beautiful shine and silky feel. Dyes appear especially vibrant on this yarn base. It is perfect for shawls and lightweight sweaters, and it drapes gorgeously after blocking.

All of my yarn is hand dyed in small batches with wash fast and light fast dyes in a professional dye studio. Although colors can be repeated, each skein is unique. I recommend alternating skeins if you are using more than one of the same color.

Care: Although the yarn is super wash, which means it can be machine washed, I always recommend hand washing your knitted items. As with all hand dyed yarn, a very small amount of bleeding may occur with the first few washes -- especially with dark blues or hot pink colors.
