FINE PERUVIAN WOOL is 100% wool from Peruvian sheep living in high mountain areas.

This is a classic yarn twisted from 4 threads, made of “fine” sheep wool fibers - 24.5 microns - these are the most delicate fibers found in sheep of this breed.

FINE PERUVIAN WOOL has a wide range of uses. Composed of strong, durable, yet soft fibers, it’s suitable for a variety of projects. Fabrics knitted from this yarn have a thicker, slightly fuller, and slightly fluffy feel, and the stitches drape beautifully and fill out during knitting. The stitch definition is wonderful.
