CashSock was developed from the desire to create a sock yarn that combines softness, comfort and durability in a natural balance. Many sock yarns can feel harsh or scratchy against the skin, but with CashSock the focus has been to create a yarn that feels genuinely comfortable directly against legs and feet.
The blend of merino wool and cashmere provides exceptional softness and elasticity, while a small amount of polyamide adds the durability needed for everyday wear. The result is socks that hold their shape beautifully, fit comfortably and still feel light, warm and soft.

CashSock is especially suited for socks, but it also works beautifully for mittens, baby garments and other projects where softness, durability and machine washability are important.

The colour palette follows the same philosophy as the rest of Gepard’s yarn universe: calm, wearable and modern shades that are easy to combine. You will find both classic tones and more vibrant colours that add personality without becoming overpowering.

Because the yarn is extra soft, slight pilling may occur in areas exposed to heavy wear — especially inside the sock. This is a natural characteristic of very soft qualities and should not be removed unnecessarily.
