Winter Glow Solid is the irreplaceable addition to our popular, colorful yarn; Hobbii Winter Glow. An incredibly beautiful wool mix with an amazing depth of color and a very special glow.

The yarn is made from one strand of a relatively loosely spun structure that varies slightly in thickness. The fabulous mix of wool and soft acrylic is easy to work with and a little goes a long way. It’s made from South American wool that’s both warm and soft, and the mixture is durable. That makes Winter Glow perfect for things like ponchos, sweaters, cardigans, hats, gloves, and scarves…

Winter Glow Solid is produced in the same, Italian factory that makes the most incredible colors for us in Winter Glow. The colors in the solid color version are based on shades that can be mixed and matched with the colorful version. The thickness of the two versions is the same and can be combined to achieve incredibly creative projects. You could, e.g., combine multi and solid color versions of Winter Glow … Or try to imagine how beautiful a Fair Isle design would look in the multi colored Winter Glow with a Solid color base.

We’ve had the Solid version made in a smaller 100 gram version. With an incredible 350 meters per skein you’ll achieve a lot with just a few skeins. And let’s reiterate: The Solid version looks amazing by itself without any fancy stripes from its family member. The beautiful shades are incredible on their own and can be used for lots of projects.
