High Desert features jewel-toned solids and rustic heathers inspired by the Oregon high desert landscape and skyline, and beyond the inspiration for its colors, High Desert is made with 100% American-grown wool from the Shaniko Wool Company in Oregon. The irresistibly soft wool is processed in South Carolina and dyed and milled in North Carolina.

High Desert Sport is a great choice for lighter garments and accessories. Its tight twist provides beautiful stitch definition, and it makes wonderfully bouncy cables and textured stitches. The 100% American wool is a luxurious blend of Merino and Merino-Rambouillet, incredibly soft fibers that are perfect for pieces worn next to the skin.

High Desert Sport comes in 100g hanks, and accent colors are also available in 50g hanks for smaller projects and colorwork.
