La Bien Aimée is dyeing Gilliatt on their white base, called Sel, and Nadia on Gilliatt Heathered is dyed on their Poivre Blanc base, a light brown natural color, which gives a beautiful depth and heathered aspect. These skeins are only available as a dye-to-order and will be shipped by the 2nd week of July.

Gilliatt is a worsted weight yarn spun by French yarn brand De Rerum Natura. Offering 250m (273 yds) for 100g, this popular base is a sturdy thread which is worsted spun using French Merino d’Arles and Portuguese Black Merino wool (Mouton noir).
