Seis Cabos is our newest yarn in the family. It is a light worsted, comparable to a DK weight. It’s a six-ply, non-superwash pure merino wool with a high twist that gives the yarn a lot of structure and bounce. Due to its six-ply construction, Seis Cabos is a versatile yarn with great elasticity and strength.

Whereas most superwash yarns tend to get drapey and grow over time, Seis Cabos holds its shape very well. That high elasticity means that a garment will keep fitting without getting stretched out.

The 6 ply construction creates a very round yarn which shows off textured stitches and cables nicely while maintaining the Malabrigo Merino softness.

Great for: Accessories and hand-wash friendly garments, next to skein wear, cables, textured stitches, colorwork and felting.
