Mendip DK is a light, bouncy woollen-spun yarn. It’s dyed by hand in a range of rich and saturated colours on a grey base, spun from a blend of white and naturally dark lambswool from an eco farm on top of the Mendip Hills in Somerset, UK. The yarn is spun at a small mill in Wales, then hand-dyed in Bath, just 15 miles from where the wool is grown.
