Linaé is a yarn composed of 95% Franco-Belgian superior quality linen and 5% cotton. This linen is grown, harvested and spun ecologically and ethically in France and its production is part of a large project to reintegrate natural and vegetable fibres. This local yarn, guaranteed GMOs free and not chemically treated is an exclusive Natissea creation. The yarn is prepared in a dye workshop in the North of France (with its own water treatment plant), dyed with GOTS, Oeko-Tex® certified and Vegan guaranteed dyes. It is twisted at the very end only to maintain the quality and texture of the fiber. Linen patinates during handling and washing to become soft as washed linen. To speed up the process, a few minutes of tumble dryer at the end of drying will be effective.

Linaé est un fil composé à 95 % de lin franco-belge qualité supérieure et 5 % de coton. Ce lin est cultivé, récolté et filé de manière écologique et éthique en France et sa production participe à un large projet de réintégration des fibres naturelles et végétales. Ce fil local, garanti sans OGM et non traité chimiquement est une création exclusive de Natissea. C’est dans une teinturerie du Nord de la France, (munie de sa propre station d’épuration des eaux) que le fil est préparé, teinté avec des colorants certifiés GOTS, Oeko-Tex® et garantis Vegan. Il est retordu en dernier lieu pour préserver la qualité et la texture de la fibre. Le lin se patine au cours des manipulations et des lavages pour devenir doux comme du lin lavé. Pour accélérer le processus, quelques minutes de sèche-linge en fin de séchage seront efficaces.
