80/% Bluefaced Leicester Wool and 20% Nylon and is spun with a high twist. This makes it very hardwearing so is suitable for items like socks that need a more robust yarn than our Heather Sock. Thanks to its BFL content the yarn is still next-to-skin soft and has a nice lustre that coupled with its high twist gives great stitch definition so is equally suitable for shawl or scarf knitting.
