Pre-knit to allow us to kettle dye one glorious ombre fade, the Rustic Fingering Shawl Blanks are 1000 yds of our luscious Rustic Fingering yarn in one continuous strand. Simply unravel the Shawl Blank as you knit/crochet/weave with the yarn from the free end, which is conveniently tied to a strand of cotton so it does not unravel before you need it.

The green Seneca Creek knit sample is made from Melanie Berg’s Rheinlust Shawl pattern.

The rusty orange to wine-berry Old Road Bay crochet sample is made from Dedri UysMy Voyage Shawl pattern.

Subtle color variations are achieved through kettle dyeing.

Care instructions:
Machine wash on gentle cycle using mild soap. Lay flat to dry (recommended) or tumble dry on low heat. We recommend washing with Eucalan as other brands of wool wash have had adverse effects on our yarn.
