Novita Woolly Wood yarn is made of TENCEL(tm) Modal and mulesing-free merino wool. The yarn is the first product in the new Novita Earth Collection, which offers environmentally more sustainable choices. The cabled yarn brings out the beauty of textured knits, such as cable knits. The durable modal merino wool blend also has excellent moisture transfer qualities making it an ideal yarn for a wide range of projects. The yarn is a blend of 70% modal and 30% merino wool. The yarn is fully biodegradable.

A women’s size M top requires approx. 550 g of yarn and basic size 38 socks require one ball. The products are machine washable at 40 degrees. The recommended needle size is 4, or 3.5 for socks. A 100 g ball has 225 metres of yarn. Novita Woolly Wood is a Key Flag product.
