This yarn is perfect for warmer weather knitting! It is a blend of 50% Pima Cotton, and 50% fine 21.5 micron superwash Merino Wool. The cotton is great for warmer climates, while the wool gives it enough elasticity so it is still comfortable to knit with. Your knitted fabric will have great drape, and the 4 ply construction will show texture nicely. The cotton in the yarn doesn’t absorb acid dyes, so there is a slightly heathered effect when hand-dyed.
