This yarn is sold in “cakes” of varying weights. Patterns call for a certain amount of hahtuva in grams and specify if the hahtuva is to be used single, doubled etc. There’s no recommended needle size as that depends whether the knitted item will be felted later of is used unfelted.

Pirtti’s unspun may color other things or the color may fade if you wash and felt it in the washing machine.
