Silk Mohair
SILK MOHAIR contains 60% kid mohair, 15% wool and 25% silk. It is the exclusive mohair yarn for the discerning knitter. One does not need many balls for knitting an airy and light garment. Well suited to knit together with other qualities. Meters per 50 gram ball = 280
Machine wash on a gentle wool cycle, low temperature. Use a wool detergent, no softener.
Handwash is recommended if washing machine don’t have a wool cycle.
Recommended gauge is large because of the halo;
it can be knit anywhere between a worsted and bulky gauge depending on how open you would like the fabric to be.
