Tukuwool Fingering is a unique fingering weight wool yarn from Finland. The woolen spun two-ply yarn is twisted tightly but gently to create a light and lively yarn for an enjoyable knitting experience. The versatile yarn is designed for various types of knits such as mittens, cardigans, shawls and more.

We have slightly renewed the yarn base. The changes enable the smoother quality and a softer hand feel. We managed to keep the density change so small that the previous knitting patterns designed for Tukuwool Fingering are also suitable for the renewed yarn.

Tukuwool yarns are spun and dyed in Finland using 100% Finnish wool - including Finnsheep, Kainuu Grey and crossbreeds from Finland.

The high quality wool together with the carefully selected colors give our yarn soul and meaning. Both natural and dyed colors are included in the color chart.

Care: Handwash in cool water using wool detergent. Wool is dirt-repellent, so air your knitted garment to keep it fresh and clean.
