Just like their Sport and Worsted weight yarns, Tunt Garn (literally “thin wool”) is made with 100% Swedish wool that would otherwise be burnt or thrown away as waste. Swedish wool is renowned for its strength and Ullcentrum spins only the cleanest, softest fleeces to make these special yarns. This is a soft, rustic yarn, with most shades dyed over the grey fleeces of Gotland sheep which adds extra depth to the colour. The yarn will improve further after washing, giving a characterful, soft, firm fabric, strong enough to use for any kind of project.
