350 m per 100 grams twined jamtland sheep wool. Jamtland sheep is a new Swedish sheep breed based on the mix of merino and scandinavian short tailed sheep, among others. The wool is soft, with diameters below 23 microns, comparable to merino, yet shiny. Our wool is spun in our mini mill, ullFORuM in the region of Jämtland, Sweden and the whole chain from sheep to yarn is local. We use vegetable spinning oil and environment-friendly detergent in our production. The yarn exists in four natural colors: white, light gray, medium gray and nature black. ullRika is the first yarn of our collection, look out for the following ones!

2-trådigt ullgarn på härva. Tjockleken är Nm 7/2, vilket ger en stickfasthet på ca 28m stickor nr 3 = 10 cm.

Garnet är spunnet av 100% Jämtlandsull, en mycket finfibrig ull som är mjuk och behaglig att ha närmast huden. Vid spinning har en vegetabilisk spinnolja använts och råullen har tvättats i ett tvättmedel som framställs av vassle.
