This is yarn made from plastic bags. It is not spun or plied (although it could be). It is hand cut and ends knotted together by hand. This is from bags that were used and are now being re-purposed to be reused over and over again.

I have a bag pattern that uses this ‘plarn’ available for purchase. It makes a great grocery/ market bag or beach bag (the sand falls right out:)).

This ‘plarn’ was made from bags from multiple stores and the color varies. The main background color in all bags used is white.

May be machine washed delicate but DO NOT DRY, it will melt.
