Hi, my name is Amy and I am the designer behind Cheerfully Planted Designs! I first began knitting when my mother taught me in my pre-teen years, and picked it back up in college to help me deal with stress and produce handmade gifts on a small budget.

Today, I still use knitting to help me de-stress and, hundreds of projects later, I still enjoy the magic of string becoming something useful and beautiful. I aim to design projects that are relaxing, fun to knit, and are beautiful and functional. I’d like to help knitters enjoy the knitting process AND enjoy the knitted item long into the future.
