I’ve been crocheting as long as I can remember, and started knitting in college. Sometime in 2005 I started designing crocheted toys. I started making knitted toys in 2009 with Henri the Knitted Bear, and they stole my heart. I’ve been writing knitted toy patterns and knitting every day since, and these days I keep shop at yarnigans.com with occasional finished toys for sale.

I live in Maryland, with my husband. We have three kids. We’re slowly rebuilding a 1912 farmhouse and working from home. Every day is an adventure.
