Pattern description from Vogue Knitting, Holiday 2007:
“Unconventional construction is a Scott calling card. This relaxed shoulder wrap, worked horizontally in a ridge pattern with Classic Elite Yarns’ ‘Allure,’ utilizes a provisional cast-on whose open stitches are joined to the final row with Kitchener stitch. The raised vertical lines are created with slip-stitch crochet; fringe is woven into either side of the center panel.”
